Breakfast Mush

breakfast mushSo easy and so delicious!You will need:1/2 cup Pitted prunesApple juicehandful of Spelt flakeshandful of Nuts and seedsa dash of Soya or other non-dairy milkSoak the prunes overnight in enough apple juice to cover them. In the morning drain any remaining juice from the prunes (don't throw this away - drink it or pop it in a smoothie) and pop in a bowl. Add the spelt flakes, nuts and seeds and mix well together. Add a dash of non-dairy milk and serve!
