Green Protein Smoothie
Protein shakes are a very important part of my diet and I have one every day without fail. This helps to boost my protein intake and helps me get some fabulous nutrition in. I make enough to fill two shakers and pop them in the fridge for when I need them, so this recipe will make at least 3 large glasses or two 500ml shakers.For the Green Protein Smoothie you will need:4 table spoons Protein powder - I love Replenish Vanilla Protein Powder (avail in my shop)3 cups of oat / almond / soya milk1 cup of frozen berries1 cup of kale1 cup of frozen spinach2 bananas1/4 tsp of ground chilli - if you like a bit of heat1/2 tsp ground cinnamonPop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz!Enjoy X
