Vanilla & Strawberry Protein Smoothie

This can only be described as a double thick smoothie that will fill you up! It's so thick your spoon will probably stand up in it. My kinda smoothie! It reminds me of Friday nights out with my mum, dad & brother Andre, a total treat to visit our local Milky Lane, double thick malt milkshake was my favourite thing!This was something we loved to do growing up and this smoothie brings back very fond memories indeed.Makes 2 servings.You will need the following :1 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup raw oats1/2 cup cashew nuts2 cups oat milk2 tablespoons hemp seeds1 tablespoon flaxseed1 tablespoon flax oil1 tablespoon vanilla extract2 scoops vanilla protein powder (avail on the shop)1 tablespoon ground cinnamonPlace all the ingredients in a blender, mix well, adding more liquid if you need.Pour & Enjoy!
